Where the published authority components are fixed, we show the total with our private assistance fee included. This makes the customer-facing price clear before payment.
How we calculate the total: published authority/reference charges + our private facilitation fee = the displayed total. Any authority charge that is expressly variable or applicable only to a particular booking is shown as a range or disclosed in writing before payment. We do not intentionally add undisclosed fees after approval.

Authority rules state that the published pricing encompasses specified permit/vehicle-related charges; zone operation, availability and any booking-specific charge can change. If a booking-specific authority charge applies, it is disclosed before payment rather than hidden.

Before payment: the written quotation confirms the visitor category, service date, authority/supplier components, our fee, applicable taxes/charges, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation conditions. The amount approved by the customer is the amount used for the booking, subject only to clearly stated authority/supplier changes permitted by the applicable rules.
