Fares

Published fares are reference fares for the listed routes. The applicable fare will be communicated before confirmation.

Vehicle availability

Vehicle make, model and seating capacity are subject to availability. A requested vehicle category is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, date, passenger and contact information and follow reasonable driver and vehicle safety instructions.

Service changes

Road conditions, weather, traffic, vehicle issues or other circumstances may require changes. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
