Customer cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the booking confirmation and how close the cancellation is to the scheduled pickup time. Any applicable cancellation charge will be communicated before or at booking confirmation.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method or by another agreed method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
Service cancellation by us
If we cannot provide a confirmed service because of vehicle failure, route restrictions or another material issue, we will contact the customer and discuss an alternative vehicle, rescheduling or applicable refund.
